What is Liloo?
Liloo is a mobile app for practicing difficult conversations with AI characters. You pick a scenario, talk it through, and review how you handled it. It's a training simulator, not therapy.
Is there an age limit?
Liloo is rated 17+ because some scenarios contain conflict, strong language and mature themes. The minimum registration age is 13 (COPPA/GDPR-K). Responses are age-calibrated so teenagers see softer content.
What do you do with my messages?
Your conversations are used only to generate AI responses. They are never used to train AI models (OpenAI's API has a no-training commitment). Messages are automatically anonymised after 90 days of inactivity.
How do I report an inappropriate AI response?
Long-press the AI message in the chat, pick a category, and submit. A human moderator reviews every report within 24 hours and can sanction accounts that abuse the system.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Profile → 'Delete profile permanently'. Your Firebase Auth account, conversations, avatars and backend records are all cascade-deleted within minutes. See the Delete account page for the full flow.
Is Liloo free?
During the current preview phase Liloo is free. Future paid plans (if any) will be announced in-app and on this site at least 30 days ahead.
